Takashi Mochizuki
Partner /Kizashi Corporation
Japan Headhunter Awards MVP (2010 – Industrial Sector) and Honorable Distinction awardee (2011 – Industrial Sector) Takashi Mochizuki has been a search professional since 1998. He conducts senior-level search assignments for Japanese and multinational industrial, automotive and consumer / retail clients.
Mr. Mochizuki joined Kizashi Corporation in February 2015 after resigning from Shimamoto Parnters. Prior to that he headed the Industrial Practice at Heidrick & Struggles Japan. Previously he served as Managing Director (Industrial Practice) at Korn/Ferry International-Japan.
Earlier in his career he was Director of Kosai Kogei Co., Ltd., where he oversaw its IPO, completed in 1995. He was also seconded to the company’s wholesale subsidiary as President for four years.
He began his career at Toyota Motor Corporation where he engaged in overseas marketing.
He graduated from the University of Tokyo (B.A., Economics) and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.

Ken Kagasa
Partner/MBK Partners　
Prior to joining MBK Partners, Mr. Kagasa was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Japan. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he worked for Asahi Bank (currently Resona HD) in Tokyo. Mr. Kagasa received a BA from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Mr. Kagasa currently serves on the boards of directors of Accordia Golf, Tasaki and Godiva Japan.
 
Shohei Kishiya
Senior manager/Bain & Company
BA from Keio University, MBA from Columbia business school (Class of 2018). Joined Keyence in 2009, and after MBA, joined Bain&Company in 2018. Mainly work for retail and tech industry for corporate transformation.

望月 髙志氏
兆株式会社　パートナー
東京大学卒業後、トヨタ自動車にて海外マーケティング業務に従事。退社後、光彩工芸入社。同社の販売子会社の社長を務めた後、同社の管理担当取締役として管理部門を統括すると同時に同社の公開（IPO)プロジェクトの責任者として社内体制を整え、1995年に店頭公開。
その後、98年にエグゼクティブ・サーチ業界に入る。日本コーンフェリーインターナショナル、縄文アソシエイツ、ハイドリック・アンド・ストラグルズジャパン等を経て2015年当社にパートナーとして参画。
20数年に及ぶエグゼクティブ・サーチ経験を通じて、製造業から消費財・流通、サービス業、ヘルスケア、メディア・エンターテインメント関連も含む幅広い分野で、数多くの経営幹部のサーチを成功裏に手がけてきている。また、投資ファンドの投資先企業の経営者のサーチにも実績を挙げている。
日本一を決める「日本ヘッドハンター大賞」にて2010年、2011年2年連続で第一位のMVP（メーカー部門）と優秀賞を受賞

加笠研一郎氏
MBKパートナーズ株式会社　代表取締役
東京大学法学部卒業。コロンビア大学ビジネススクールMBA取得。1993年4月、株式会社あさひ銀行（現株式会社りそなホールディングス）に入行、その後ゴールドマン・サックス証券会社を経て、2009年2月にMBKパートナーズに入社。株式会社アコーディア・ゴルフ、株式会社TASAKI、ゴディバジャパン株式会社の社外取締役を兼務。


岸谷祥平氏
ベインアンドカンパニー　シニアマネージャー
慶応義塾大学法学部、コロンビア大学ビジネススクールMBA（Class of 2018）。2009年4月株式会社キーエンスに入社、退職後MBAを経てBain&Companyへ入社、リテール・テクノロジー業界における全社改革プロジェクトを中心に従事
